Givenchy Paris seeks Consolidation & Management Control Analyst. CDI role managing financial consolidation, IFRS reporting, and IT cost control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead consolidation of financial statements for Givenchy entities, including preparation and analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements across monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
- Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure quality reporting delivery on schedule and resolve consolidation issues
- Guarantee accuracy, completeness, and consistency of consolidated data in compliance with IFRS standards and Group policies
- Review and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and working capital of each entity
- Collect and control accounting and tax packages, monitor statutory data and IFRS adjustments
- Review and analyze tax provision calculations
- Execute consolidation procedures: control application of consolidation rules, analyze consolidated statements and result consistency, integrate restatement entries, analyze exceptional transactions, justify consolidation work to auditors, calculate consolidated inventory margins
- Produce and analyze consolidated financial reports for management and the LVMH Consolidation & Financial Control teams
- Drive continuous improvement of consolidation tools, methods, and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Oversee IS&T financial control for Givenchy, including budget development and cost monitoring of central and regional IT teams
- Manage monthly IS&T financial close for the French entity, ensuring provision accuracy, accruals, and reporting reliability
- Track and analyze IT project costs, ensuring proper allocation, capitalization, and financial monitoring
- Serve as financial business partner to central IT teams, providing analysis, recommendations, and decision-support
- Support IT management in financial planning exercises and performance monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a business school (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in audit, consulting, and/or financial control
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Anaplan, or Syrus is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork abilities
