Givenchy internship: 6-month Collection Merchandising Assistant role in Paris 8th arrondissement, supporting men's ready-to-wear and accessories. July 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and product mapping across categories, managing seasonal product architecture and pricing structures
- Maintain sample inventory stocks and digital records in Excel and PLM systems, processing requests, loans, and product movement from prototype reception through normalization to showroom
- Prepare product selection documentation and coordinate product availability verification with internal departments (Press, Heritage, EMEA boutiques) for photoshoots and internal projects
- Manage press and VIP product requests, organizing entries and exits while tracking follow-ups and duplicates
- Assist in developing showroom sales tools including sales books, product briefs, and material boards; support collection presentations
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school, specialized Fashion Master's degree, or equivalent qualification
- Strong sensitivity to product quality and fashion aesthetics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, etc.) and comprehensive Microsoft Office Suite competency
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail

Experience
Prior internship experience within luxury fashion or a related sector is highly valued; entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge are considered.
Education
Graduate of a business school, specialized Fashion Master's degree, or equivalent qualification in fashion, merchandising, or a related discipline.
