Givenchy is seeking a Clienteling Assistant Intern to support the EMEA team in developing and implementing the client experience strategy across Europe and the Middle East. The six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is based at the Paris headquarters; an internship agreement is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, support and participate in in-store and external events.
- Support relationships with departmental suppliers and partners.
- Help deliver the client experience for fashion shows.
- Track and report on initiatives to assess their impact.
- Collect and share clienteling best practices.
- Create and develop client identification tools.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client profiles.
- Coordinate the gifting strategy.
- Support the organisation of exclusive experiences for VIC clients.
- Manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Handle various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates rigour, proactivity and attention to detail.
- Has a good level of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
- A first internship in project management, ideally in events and/or customer relationship management, is an advantage.
- Is flexible and adaptable, and enjoys working in a team.
- Has command of French and English.
- Must have an internship agreement for an internship forming part of a course leading to a state-recognised diploma.
