Givenchy Paris Clienteling Assistant internship (6 months) starting January 2027. Support global customer experience strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate global clienteling strategy across regional teams (US, China, APAC, EMEA) and prepare detailed reporting on activation metrics, conversion rates, ROI, and qualitative feedback
- Communicate with regional offices to document client activations and identify best practices across the organization
- Support regional teams in developing client activations and ensure compliance with global guidelines
- Coordinate annual and seasonal gifting strategy across all regions, from gift conception through regional distribution
- Manage VIP client lists and oversee client experience programming for Paris Fashion Week presentations
- Assist in developing clienteling tools and resources; manage training materials, activation menus, and newsletter distribution to regions
- Monitor clienteling budgets and assist with financial tracking across regions
- Maintain and update the clienteling activity calendar; produce precise, regular reporting on all clienteling initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence on clienteling initiatives within the luxury sector and adjacent industries
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong interest in luxury sector trends and customer experience practices
- Prior experience within a Customer Experience department at a luxury fashion house
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Skills
Experience
Entry-level candidates with prior customer experience exposure at a luxury house preferred. Fresh graduates with demonstrated interest in luxury and client strategy are encouraged to apply.
Education
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a university degree program; disciplines in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Fashion are preferred.
