Givenchy Clienteling Assistant Intern in Paris — 6-month internship supporting EMEA customer experience strategy and VIP client programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, support, and participate in in-boutique and external events, including fashion shows
- Provide liaison support with suppliers and department partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Develop and implement customer experience initiatives for runway presentations and exclusive VIP experiences
- Monitor and report on event outcomes to evaluate strategic impact and ROI
- Collect and document clienteling best practices across the EMEA region
- Create and develop client identification and profiling tools to support customer segmentation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer profiles to inform luxury gifting and engagement strategies
- Coordinate VIP customer gifting programs and exclusive experience planning
- Manage purchase orders and invoice processing
- Support various administrative functions across the department
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited state-recognized degree program requiring an internship component
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred)
- Prior internship experience in project management, event planning, or customer relationship management (preferred)
- Fluent in both French and English
