Givenchy Paris internship: Clienteling Assistant supporting EMEA customer experience strategy. 6 months, hybrid. French and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, support, and participate in in-store and external events, ensuring seamless execution and customer engagement
- Manage supplier and partner relationships on behalf of the Clienteling department
- Implement customer experience protocols for runway shows and fashion events
- Monitor and report on all client-facing activities to measure impact and ROI
- Collect and share Clienteling best practices across the EMEA region
- Develop and refine customer identification and profiling tools
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client segmentation and behavior patterns
- Coordinate gifting strategy and VIC client experience planning
- Support exclusive experiential events for high-value clientele
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a state-recognized degree programme (internship must be a formal curricular requirement)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in French and English
- Prior internship experience in project management, events, or customer relationship management preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce strongly preferred
