Givenchy apprenticeship: Business Planning Assistant supporting end-of-life product strategy in Paris. 12-month contract from September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate weekly performance reporting on outlet store operations across all regions and product categories, with recommendations for improving existing analytical tools
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to supply chain and commercial teams
- Develop and deploy action plans to mitigate identified business risks
- Deliver daily operational support to regional retail teams on performance-related questions
- Ensure compliance with product lifecycle policies across the retail network in alignment with global strategy
- Manage outlet store openings and coordinate employee sales events, including assortment definition, order management, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate ongoing projects such as outlet pricing policy reviews
Qualifications
- Student enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or equivalent program
- First significant analytical role experience in fashion or luxury sector
- Proficiency with large quantitative datasets and strong analytical capability
- Excellent organizational skills and autonomous work style
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Advanced Excel proficiency including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- PowerPoint competency
- Familiarity with SAP, ANAPLAN, or business intelligence tools such as Qlik (preferred)
