About Givenchy
Founded in Paris in 1952 by Hubert de Givenchy, Givenchy stands as a house of aristocratic elegance, audacious modernity, and exceptional savoir-faire within the LVMH family. As an employer, the Maison offers a dynamic environment where couture heritage meets contemporary creativity across fashion, accessories, and beauty. Its teams are invited to contribute to a culture shaped by craftsmanship, precision, collaboration, and a refined sense of client experience. Givenchy seeks individuals who combine artistic sensitivity with commercial intelligence, entrepreneurial spirit, and respect for tradition, empowering them to help advance a bold vision of luxury for a new generation.
Givenchy seeks a Business & Commercial Product Manager in Paris to drive e-commerce strategy, platform roadmap, and digital business growth across SFCC, Shopify, and Farfetch.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the business roadmap for global web platforms (SFCC), regional agile hubs (Shopify), and third-party marketplaces (Farfetch) to maximize conversion and commercial impact
- Translate commercial strategy by gathering requirements from Digital Content, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Marketing teams, converting business ambitions and brand vision into functional specifications and high-value features
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities in global concession models (e.g., Farfetch), optimizing stock visibility, visual presentation, and order flows from a business perspective
- Define target KPIs for new digital launches (conversion rate, average order value, operational time savings) and measure adoption and commercial impact post-launch
- Partner with the Technical Delivery Lead to align business priorities with technical feasibility, delivery timelines, and development team capacity
- Write business-oriented user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog based on commercial urgency, ROI, and strategic alignment
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) from a customer experience and business perspective, ensuring regional Content, Visual Merchandising, and Operations teams are thoroughly trained on new functionalities
- Drive the roadmap for PIM and DAM tools to empower Visual Merchandising and Content teams with capabilities for efficient publication of enriched catalogues, themed product selections, and high-definition media
- Manage relationships with key partners, external digital agencies, and LVMH Group commercial stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment of business priorities
- Assess and continuously optimize internal workflows to reduce friction between artistic creation, e-merchandising curation, and website go-live dates
