Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support boutique sales and operations to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets
- Deepen client relationships and drive lifetime loyalty through personalized engagement
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategic actions to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Direct managers to cultivate new and existing client development activities and personal relationships
- Deliver elevated, personalized, and memorable client experiences both in-store and through omnichannel engagement
- Maintain consistent Client Experience presence on the sales floor, coaching teams on Givenchy's selling ceremony standards
- Mentor and develop existing boutique teams with clear growth paths and regular qualitative feedback
- Hire and cultivate talent to create a best-in-class service and selling environment
- Develop and execute action plans for talent recognition, reward, and development
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique, immersive experiences
- Engage with the community as a Givenchy ambassador to build relationships with hotels and business associations
- Identify loyal clients' passions and community involvement to create Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
- 5–10 years of management experience
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ZOOM or equivalent video-telephony technology
- Proven track record of relationship development within communities to generate business networks and revenue
- Demonstrated ability to diplomatically manage multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations
- Multilingual capabilities preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of boutique management, retail leadership, or equivalent experience in luxury hospitality environments, with demonstrated success in client development and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor degree preferred
