Role & Responsibilities
- Deepen client relationships and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive lifetime client loyalty and spend through personal relationship management and individualized engagement
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed sales plans
- Direct and mentor managers to cultivate client development activity and expand the customer base
- Demonstrate active sales leadership by engaging personally on the sales floor and managing key client relationships
- Deliver elevated, personalized, memorable client experiences both in-store and through omnichannel interactions and community events
- Ensure consistent Client Experience management presence, coaching the team on Givenchy selling ceremonies and service standards
- Optimize boutique hospitality and store amenities to create distinctive experiences that reflect luxury brand positioning
- Act upon client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and operational excellence
- Mentor, develop, and lead the boutique team with clear communication and qualitative feedback
- Hire, develop, and nurture talent to establish an engaging, best-in-class service and selling environment
- Create and execute action plans for talent recognition, reward structures, and career development pathways
- Serve as a Givenchy ambassador within the local community, cultivating relationships with hotels and business associations to drive revenue and brand presence
- Identify loyal clients' passions and community involvement to develop Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry management experience
- 5–10 years of leadership and team management experience
- Proven track record of relationship development and community network building that generates revenue
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing commitments across clients, teams, and operations
- Excellence in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Strong presentation and executive presence skills
