Givenchy is hiring a Boutique Director in Livermore, CA to lead store operations, drive sales and cultivate client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets through proactive sales leadership and hands-on involvement on the sales floor.
- Develop and deepen long-term client relationships through tailored clienteling, personalised service and lifecycle development to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Design and execute store-level action plans to identify business opportunities, optimise hospitality and store amenities, and deliver exceptional in-store and omnichannel customer experiences.
- Recruit, mentor and develop boutique talent; implement clear growth paths, recognition programs and regular qualitative feedback to build a high-performing team.
- Coach managers and sales associates on the Givenchy selling ceremony and service standards, ensuring consistent delivery of the brand’s customer experience.
- Cultivate local community and commercial partnerships (hotels, associations, events) and identify CSR-aligned opportunities to raise brand visibility and drive revenue.
- Respond to client feedback and implement service improvements; manage competing commitments across clients, team and operations with diplomatic judgement.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of retail, hospitality or cross-industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client networks that generate revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills and strong presentation ability.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Zoom/video-telephony tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations with diplomacy.
- Multilingual capability considered a plus.
