Givenchy seeks a Boutique Director in Livermore, CA to lead store operations, client development and team leadership at the Livermore outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and deepen long‑term client relationships to drive retention, lifetime value and acquisition of new high‑value clients.
- Actively sell on the floor and personally manage priority client relationships, modelling Givenchy’s customer experience standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop boutique team members through regular qualitative feedback, performance reviews and tailored growth plans.
- Recruit and retain top retail talent to build an engaged, high‑performing team and define clear career paths for individuals.
- Design and implement local business‑development initiatives and community partnerships (hotels, associations, events) to grow store traffic and revenue.
- Ensure a unique, hospitality‑led in‑store experience across physical and omnichannel touchpoints, including events and off‑site client moments.
- Monitor client feedback and implement corrective actions to continuously enhance service delivery and store amenities.
- Oversee execution of merchandising, visual standards and hospitality to uphold brand image and client expectations.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of retail, hospitality or cross‑industry experience with a proven track record in luxury environments.
- 5–10 years of people‑management experience, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to build community relationships that generate revenue and client loyalty.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills; outstanding presentation capabilities.
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook and video‑conferencing platforms (Zoom).
- Ability to balance multiple commitments across clients, teams and operational priorities with diplomacy and decisiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; multilingual candidates are a plus.
