Givenchy Boutique Director role in Dallas, Texas. Lead luxury retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales excellence for LVMH's prestigious fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate deep client relationships and drive lifetime loyalty to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans
- Direct boutique managers and the sales team to develop new and existing clients through targeted client development initiatives
- Lead by example on the sales floor, actively managing premium client relationships and delivering the Givenchy selling ceremony
- Elevate the client experience by creating personalized, memorable moments both in-store and through omnichannel engagement
- Ensure continuous Client Experience Management presence and coach the team on adherence to Givenchy service standards
- Mentor, develop, and hire talent to cultivate a best-in-class service and selling environment
- Develop and execute action plans for talent recognition, reward structures, and clear growth pathways
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create distinctive luxury experiences
- Build relationships with community organizations, hotels, and local businesses to strengthen brand presence and drive results
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements to enhance customer service delivery
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry management experience
- Proven track record of relationship development and community networking to generate revenue
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony platforms
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to diplomatically manage multiple competing priorities with clients, teams, and operations
- Experience in luxury retail or high-end service environments preferred
