Parfums Givenchy Beauty Consultant position in Xiamen, China. Full-time retail cosmetics sales and customer advisory role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute sales transactions at the cosmetics counter, meeting monthly sales targets whilst delivering meticulous customer service
- Demonstrate and apply Givenchy sales processes and techniques to present makeup and skincare products, accompanied by hands-on cosmetics and skincare demonstrations
- Maintain accurate daily sales data entry and system records
- Provide proactive customer consultation, identifying client needs and offering tailored product recommendations aligned with individual preferences
- Cultivate brand authenticity by maintaining impeccable presentation of the Givenchy brand image and creating memorable purchasing experiences for all customers
- Conduct routine inventory audits and stock management checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Execute counter and store displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Support store operations including merchandise management, counter and facility maintenance, and general cleanliness standards
- Assist the store manager in fulfilling additional operational requirements and special initiatives
Qualifications
- Age 30 years or younger
- Minimum height of 160 cm
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent personal presentation with refined facial features and blemish-free complexion
- Good health status, no substance dependencies, no visible tattoos, piercings, or body modifications
- Demonstrated excellence in sales techniques with comprehensive understanding of brand philosophy and product range
- Two years of cosmetics retail sales experience (preferred)

Two years of cosmetics or beauty retail sales experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with demonstrated customer service excellence will be considered.
