Parfums Givenchy seeks Beauty Consultant in Suzhou for cosmetics sales, customer consultation, and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute cosmetics and skincare sales at retail counters and boutiques, consistently achieving monthly sales targets and recording daily sales data
- Deliver personalised product consultations and recommendations tailored to customer needs, with proficiency in makeup and skincare demonstrations using Givenchy methodology
- Cultivate strong customer relationships built on trust and integrity, proactively engaging with visitors and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory management, stock rotation, counter and store cleanliness, and visual merchandising updates
- Maintain brand integrity and communicate Givenchy brand values at all customer touchpoints
- Assist the Store Manager with additional operational tasks as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty retail sales
- Excellent personal presentation with clear, unblemished facial features
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- Strong cosmetics and product knowledge with genuine passion for the Givenchy brand
- Ability to apply Givenchy's proprietary selling processes and techniques effectively
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics retail sales or prestige beauty retail. Prior experience with luxury beauty brands is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification minimum.

This position is based in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, within easy reach of Shanghai.
