Parfums Givenchy Beauty Consultant position in Hangzhou, China. Drive sales and customer experience in luxury cosmetics retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute counter and retail sales while consistently meeting monthly sales targets through application of Givenchy sales methodology and techniques
- Deliver comprehensive makeup and skincare product demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Provide proactive customer consultation services, identify client requirements, and deliver targeted product recommendations
- Maintain and cultivate the Givenchy brand image through exceptional customer service and creation of memorable shopping experiences
- Perform daily sales data entry and system maintenance to ensure accurate transaction records
- Conduct routine inventory stock takes in collaboration with store management and verify data accuracy
- Execute merchandising updates and counter displays in accordance with brand operational standards
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, counter and display maintenance, and general cleanliness
- Assist store management with additional operational tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification or higher
- Excellent personal presentation with clear, unblemished facial features
- Good physical health with no substance dependencies, visible tattoos, or piercings
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques with strong knowledge of brand and product portfolio
- Preferred: minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics retail or beauty sales
Skills
Experience
2 years of cosmetics or beauty retail sales experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant product knowledge and strong customer service orientation will be considered.
