Parfums Givenchy Beauty Advisor — full-time retail role in Wuhan, Hubei. Seeking client-focused cosmetics consultants for Dream Times store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver luxury retail sales at the store or counter, welcoming each client and achieving monthly sales targets using Givenchy's sales process and techniques.
- Provide personalised consultations and product recommendations in makeup and skincare; perform professional product demonstrations and application services.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and perform timely entry of POS/sales data.
- Support day-to-day store operations including stock counts, inventory accuracy and upkeep of counter and store displays.
- Ensure compliance with brand operational standards; assist with merchandising, display changes and general store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the store manager to complete ad hoc store tasks and contribute to an exceptional client experience that reflects Givenchy's brand values.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably under 30 years of age and minimum height 160 cm (as specified by the store for visual presentation standards).
- Excellent personal presentation; facial appearance without prominent blemishes; healthy, with no visible tattoos, piercings or substance dependencies.
- Strong sales acumen with solid product knowledge of cosmetics and skincare.
- Local language fluency for listening and speaking (Mandarin).
- Prior cosmetics counter or store experience (2 years preferred).

Experience
Preferably a minimum of 2 years' experience in cosmetics retail or at-brand counter sales; experience with luxury beauty brands or high-end departmental store counters is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
