Parfums Givenchy seeks a Beauty Advisor in Shenzhen for in-store retail sales and customer consultation. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute point-of-sale beauty consultations and complete monthly sales targets through department store and retail counter operations
- Apply proprietary Givenchy sales processes and techniques to product demonstrations, offering makeup application and skincare guidance
- Record and maintain daily sales data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide proactive client consultation services, identify customer needs, and deliver personalized product recommendations aligned with client profiles
- Uphold brand prestige and identity through exceptional customer experiences that authentically communicate Givenchy brand values
- Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and assist with merchandise display setup and seasonal transitions
- Maintain rigorous adherence to brand operational standards, including counter and shop cleanliness, product merchandising, and stockroom organization
- Support store manager in executing operational directives and ad-hoc store-related tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Excellent personal presentation with refined features and clear complexion
- Physical wellness and absence of visible tattoos or piercings
- Advanced sales technique proficiency and comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Preferred: 2+ years of cosmetics retail sales experience
