Parfums Givenchy Beauty Advisor position in Shanghai — full-time retail sales role with customer service and store operations focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales transactions and meet monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques aligned with Givenchy's retail methodology
- Deliver expert cosmetics and skincare product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate daily sales data entry and reconciliation to support operational reporting
- Provide proactive and knowledgeable customer service, identifying client requirements and offering targeted product recommendations
- Uphold brand image and establish enduring customer relationships that communicate Givenchy's brand values and positioning
- Conduct inventory counts and verification procedures to ensure data accuracy and stock integrity
- Execute counter and retail display configurations in accordance with brand merchandising standards and seasonal campaigns
- Perform daily store operations including stock management, counter presentation, and facility cleanliness
- Support store management with additional operational tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance with distinctive facial features
- Good physical health with no adverse lifestyle habits; absence of visible tattoos, piercings, or body modifications
- Advanced sales skills with comprehensive knowledge of brand positioning and product attributes
- Minimum 2 years of prior cosmetics retail sales experience (preferred)
- Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese at professional level
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
