Parfums Givenchy seeks a Beauty Advisor in Nanchang, China — retail sales and client advisory role at Nanchang Baisheng department store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver direct sales at the department store counter or boutique, welcoming every client and working to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Apply the Givenchy sales process and techniques to recommend products and perform professional makeup and skincare demonstrations.
- Enter and maintain daily sales data accurately and support local sales reporting.
- Provide proactive, consultative customer service: assess client needs, offer tailored recommendations and build long-term client relationships.
- Uphold and communicate the Givenchy brand image to create memorable in-store experiences for each customer.
- Support store operations including stock counts and reconciliation, merchandise presentation and regular display changes.
- Assist with goods management, counter and store cleanliness, and other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Well-groomed professional appearance; no prominent facial blemishes, visible tattoos or excessive piercings as per brand standards.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of cosmetics and product lines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in the local language.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Prior experience in luxury cosmetics retail (minimum two years preferred).

Experience
Preferably at least two years of direct cosmetics or luxury beauty retail experience; previous experience with prestige brands or department-store counters is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China.
