Parfums Givenchy hiring Beauty Advisor in Guangzhou. Full-time retail position with sales, consultation, and customer service responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and achieve monthly sales targets through application of Givenchy sales methodologies and techniques
- Provide consultative beauty services including makeup application demonstrations and personalized skincare recommendations tailored to individual customer needs
- Enter and maintain daily sales data and transaction records with accuracy
- Proactively engage with customers to identify preferences and deliver exceptional shopping experiences that reflect Givenchy brand values
- Conduct daily inventory management and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of stock records
- Execute visual merchandising and point-of-purchase displays in compliance with brand standards
- Maintain the retail environment through product organization, counter and boutique cleanliness, and general housekeeping duties
- Support store management with ad-hoc operational tasks and boutique administration
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated excellence in retail sales and deep knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance products
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientele
- Outstanding communication abilities and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
- Impeccable personal appearance and professional presentation
- Good health status with no visible tattoos or piercings

Experience
Two years of cosmetics or beauty retail sales experience is preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
