Parfums Givenchy seeks a Beauty Advisor in Fuzhou, China — in-store sales, makeup/skincare demos and client service at the East百 store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and product demonstrations (makeup and skincare).
- Apply the Givenchy sales process and professional selling techniques to deliver personalised consultations and conversion-focused presentations.
- Perform live makeup and skincare demonstrations, advising clients on product selection and regimen.
- Record and maintain daily sales data accurately and support POS / sales reporting tasks.
- Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and brand image.
- Support store operational duties including stock management, periodic inventory counts, counter and store merchandising and housekeeping.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement visual merchandising directives, product rotations and local promotional activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably under 30 years old and at least 160 cm in height (as stated in the source requirements).
- Professional personal presentation; facial appearance without prominent blemishes, no obvious tattoos or body piercings.
- Good physical health and no substance-related issues.
- Fluent in the local language; excellent spoken and listening skills.
- Strong sales orientation with deep interest in cosmetics and the Givenchy brand; 2 years of cosmetics/beauty retail or counter sales experience preferred.

Preferably 1–2+ years of cosmetics or prestige beauty retail/counter sales experience; prior experience with luxury beauty brands or department store counters is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent.
