Givenchy – Paris, France: 1–2 year apprenticeship in Quality Materials & Components for ready-to-wear production, starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain quality tracking databases and spreadsheets including laboratory test records, pressing test results, composition labeling, regulatory documentation for fabrics and components, and PLM system data entry
  • Prepare samples for testing by coordinating cutting, referencing, sewing, assembly, creating purchase orders for dyeing facilities and laboratory correspondence, and arranging DHL/courier dispatch
  • Oversee sampling workflows with manufacturers in China and Japan, including tracking table creation, supplier follow-up, sample receipt, preparation, and shipping logistics
  • Develop care labeling documentation matrices for US, e-commerce, Chinese, and Japanese markets
  • Conduct ongoing supplier follow-up to retrieve technical specifications and material information from fabric and component vendors

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a fashion school or equivalent university-level technical program
  • Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-directed and proactive work approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent English language skills; Italian language is a plus
