Givenchy apprenticeship in sustainable development project management, Paris 8e. One-year program starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Sustainable Development Project in integrating product sustainability strategy across product teams (studio, development, merchandising, procurement, production)
- Contribute to annual eco-design reporting and collection-specific sustainability reports
- Support responsible sourcing strategy by conducting ad hoc material evaluations and research for product teams, verifying sourcing against LIFE 360 criteria, tracking and updating collection KPIs, and monitoring innovation in materials, technologies, and suppliers
- Coordinate the collection, data entry, verification, and publication of AGEC/ESPR environmental data with development, procurement, production, and e-commerce teams
- Contribute to the launch of the product traceability platform, including manufacturer and supplier KPI tracking and product traceability monitoring
- Communicate environmental data to product teams and wholesale clients
- Assist in organizing training and awareness initiatives for employees
- Develop monthly newsletters for product teams
- Participate in regulatory monitoring, tracking updates to European and international laws, regulations, and certification standards
- Contribute to cross-functional projects such as Digital Product Passport and environmental labeling initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree, business school, fashion school, engineering school, or equivalent program
- Strong interest in environmental and sustainability topics
- Demonstrated ability to grasp complex new subjects quickly with precision and rigor
- Naturally curious with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent collaborative skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canva
- Fluent in French and English; Italian language skills a plus
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and/or PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software highly desirable
- Understanding of and passion for the fashion industry's challenges and specifics
