Givenchy seeks an apprentice assistant business planner for end-of-life supply chain operations in Paris. Hybrid role starting late September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly performance reports on all outlet store operations across regions and product categories, and contribute to improvement of existing analytical tools
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and deploy action plans to identify and mitigate business risks
  • Provide daily operational performance support to local retail teams
  • Ensure compliance with product lifecycle rules across the retail network in alignment with global strategy
  • Manage store openings and coordinate employee sales operations including assortment definition, order management, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate ongoing strategic projects such as outlet pricing policy reviews

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or equivalent programme
  • Significant prior experience in an analytical role within the fashion sector
  • Excellent proficiency with quantitative data and analytical mindset
  • Highly organized with demonstrated initiative and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for luxury fashion
  • Advanced English and French language proficiency
  • Expert-level Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
