Givenchy seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Miami, Florida to lead retail operations and client experiences at the luxury Design District boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets and drive lifetime loyalty with new and existing clientele
- Direct the sales team to execute client development activities and cultivate personal client relationships on the sales floor
- Elevate customer experience through personalized, memorable moments both in-store and via omnichannel and external events
- Ensure consistent delivery of Givenchy's service excellence standards through coaching the team on selling ceremonies and client experience protocols
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create distinctive, immersive retail environments
- Act as next point of contact for team members in the absence of the Boutique Director
- Assist the Boutique Director in mentoring, developing, and identifying talent for a best-in-class service environment
- Identify operational efficiencies and best practices to support Customer Service, Back-of-House, and Alterations teams
- Identify loyal clients' community involvement and passions to develop Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities
- Respond to and act on client feedback to drive continuous service improvement
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
- 2–3+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Advanced presentation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology (Zoom)
- Proven ability to diplomatically manage multiple client, team, and operational commitments
- Multilingual capability a plus

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience with at least 2–3+ years in a management capacity, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
