Givenchy seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Aventura, Florida to lead retail operations, drive client loyalty, and manage team excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deepen client relationships and drive lifetime loyalty to achieve sales plans and exceed targets
  • Lead client development activities to cultivate new and existing clientele, identifying personal interests to create tailored engagement opportunities
  • Demonstrate active sales leadership on the floor, personally managing key client relationships and modeling the Givenchy customer experience
  • Coach and mentor the sales team on selling ceremony and service excellence, ensuring consistent delivery of Givenchy's hospitality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all team members in the absence of the Boutique Director, providing operational continuity
  • Assist the Boutique Director in hiring, training, and performance management of boutique staff, identifying and developing emerging talent
  • Optimize store amenities and hospitality infrastructure to create memorable, personalized shopping experiences both in-store and through omnichannel touchpoints
  • Lead the customer service, back-of-house, and alterations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency
  • Identify and act on client feedback to continuously refine service delivery and address operational gaps
  • Execute best practices and efficiencies in customer service, inventory management, and team coordination
  • Develop community partnerships with local hotels, associations, and businesses to expand Givenchy's market presence and drive results

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
  • 2–3+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom or comparable video-conferencing technology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments diplomatically across clients, team, and operations
