Givenchy Assistant Boutique Manager in Aventura, Florida – lead sales, operations, and luxury client experiences for the iconic maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Boutique Director to lead, develop, and support sales and operations to meet and exceed sales targets and guest experience objectives
  • Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive lifetime loyalty and spend with new and existing clientele
  • Direct the sales team to execute client development activities and cultivate customer bases
  • Demonstrate active sales leadership by engaging personally with clients on the sales floor and managing high-value relationships
  • Elevate the client experience by consistently delivering unique, personalized, and memorable moments in-store, through omnichannel channels, and at outside events
  • Ensure continuous client experience management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on selling ceremony and Givenchy service expectations
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create distinctive customer experiences
  • Act on client feedback to improve customer service delivery and operational performance
  • Assist the Boutique Director in mentoring existing team members and identifying emerging talent to establish a best-in-class service and selling environment
  • Provide continuous encouragement, coaching, and qualitative feedback to team members
  • Identify and execute operational efficiencies and best practices to lead customer service, back-of-house, and alterations teams toward seamless guest experiences
  • Serve as the next point of contact for team members in the Boutique Director's absence
  • Build relationships with community businesses, hotels, and associations to drive sales results and identify corporate social responsibility opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
  • 2–3+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ZOOM/video-telephony technology
  • Experience diplomatically managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations
  • Multilingual capability preferred
