Givenchy Area Store Manager in Singapore — lead two boutiques, drive sales, merchandising and clienteling for the Givenchy brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for two Givenchy boutiques in Singapore, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with company policies and effective loss‑prevention controls.
  • Drive sales performance and profitability across both locations through KPI monitoring, sales coaching, assortment recommendations and cost control measures.
  • Act as the senior brand ambassador on the sales floor, safeguarding the client experience and ensuring service delivery aligns with Givenchy standards.
  • Recruit, lead and develop store teams; design and deliver training in product knowledge, clienteling, visual standards and sales techniques to elevate performance.
  • Implement HQ visual merchandising guidelines and ensure consistent, high‑impact store presentation across both sites.
  • Execute CRM and marketing initiatives in coordination with HQ; manage client relationships and personalised service to cultivate long‑term loyalty among high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity within the assigned territory; propose assortment and merchandising adjustments to HQ based on local demand.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports on sales, inventory, clienteling and store performance; maintain organised, secure databases and records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including demonstrable multi‑store or area management responsibility.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing P&L or commercial performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience in clienteling and managing relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching, talent development and performance management.
  • Excellent organisational skills, discretion and professional integrity; ability to work across cultures and time zones.
