Givenchy Account Executive in New York—drive wholesale strategy for luxury fashion. $90K–$105K annually. Hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Director to develop and finalize seasonal forecasts, strategic matrix files, and budget projections for specialty stores and major accounts
- Lead the management of master budget files for new seasons, including client Open-to-Buy finalization through dedicated budget calls
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews and strategic market analysis to inform planning and sales strategies
- Strategically schedule and coordinate all market appointments, including assigning showroom sellers and executive leadership walk-throughs
- Develop and present compelling business review decks for leadership and oversee coordination of Paris showroom shoots and trunk show planning
- Lead key market appointments, driving sales and fostering strong client relationships
- Manage the order log, overseeing order flow and process to ensure timely follow-up and execution
- Reconcile actual orders against budget and conduct detailed reviews of assortment, allocations, units, and sizing
- Lead negotiations for incremental Open-to-Buy and swap opportunities; ensure accuracy through bulk order entry and validation
- Conduct in-depth data analysis from Skypad to update weekly, fiscal, and seasonal selling reports
- Develop and present comprehensive leadership slides by Monday, providing total overview of business, top doors, and key highlights
- Lead the development of HQ Seasonal Sell Through Reports with detailed category analysis and partner feedback
- Manage communication on co-op performance marketing budgets by client and season
- Oversee sample ordering, tracking, and closet management
- Strategically assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, partnering with HQ on samples and approvals
- Lead business reviews with partners to identify current performance and growth opportunities
- Analyze performance data to drive sales through incentives, in-store events, and activations
- Manage and update inventory trackers and actively action returns/swaps to optimize sell-through
- Plan and execute client activation events in partnership with events, marketing, and visual merchandising teams
- Develop and communicate markdown and full-price suggestions to HQ based on current inventory and partner needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in wholesale account management within luxury or high-contemporary fashion
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions effectively
- Impeccable customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-sufficient with accountability for all aspects of account performance
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for account visits, market appointments, and Paris selling campaigns
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrated passion for the fashion and luxury goods industry
- Proficiency in retail mathematics and ability to perform sales and market analysis
- Supervisory and management skills to develop and mentor junior team members

Experience
Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in wholesale account management within luxury or high-contemporary fashion, with proven expertise in managing complex accounts with major department stores and specialty retailers. Demonstrated track record of maintaining and optimizing partner relationships while driving sales performance and market expansion.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, fashion, or a related field.
