Giorgio Armani is hiring a Counter Manager in Shenyang to lead beauty retail sales, service, counter operations and team development. The full-time role includes sales and client relationship management, inventory and compliance oversight, and coaching and scheduling the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets; manage, allocate and monitor performance metrics.
- Improve counter service standards, deliver an outstanding consumer experience and strengthen consumer relationships.
- Manage counter consumer relationships and develop plans to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
- Maintain strong partnerships with department stores and shopping centres, support their initiatives and build the brand’s reputation in the retail environment.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, identify the counter’s strengths and develop sales opportunities.
- Oversee compliance with company policies at the counter and among team members, and uphold the brand image.
- Use and maintain beauty retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools used at the counter.
- Manage counter merchandise and inventory, ensuring accurate stocktakes and inventory records.
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, coordinate training, recommend solutions and coach team members.
- Manage, motivate and develop team members.
- Ensure staffing levels meet business needs and allocate shifts and work assignments appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with team members, relay information in both directions, build team loyalty and foster openness, collaboration and high morale.
