Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand consultation and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Build and maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitors.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultation, recommend suitable products and support customers in trying them.
- Represent the brand through a positive service approach and after-sales support; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact with customers with empathy and strong communication.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter property.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and maintain the brand image.
