Ginori 1735 (Kering) seeks a US Hospitality Sales Director in New York to lead the hospitality channel and drive B2B growth across hotels and restaurants.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the hospitality commercial strategy for the US market to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach and develop the US hospitality sales team and Sales Representatives to drive consistent performance.
- Scout, qualify and close new B2B hospitality accounts (hotels, restaurants, resorts, cafés, membership clubs) and expand the existing portfolio.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining deep knowledge of market conditions and competitive activity.
- Monitor hospitality projects and renovations; assess technical and commercial requirements and define tailored offers (timing, pricing, technical development).
- Coordinate order creation and handover to Customer Service; enter orders into the sales system (SFA) and follow up on production, delivery and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular commercial follow-up to retain customers and communicate product updates, new collections and opportunities.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, conveying brand values to clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B hospitality sales, preferably within the luxury or premium segment.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing sales teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong commercial judgement with experience in proposal development, negotiation and contract closing.
- Ability to assess technical requirements for hospitality projects and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Eligible to work in the United States and willing to travel domestically as required.

Senior commercial experience in B2B hospitality or hospitality-focused sales within the luxury or premium sector, with proven responsibility for a sales territory and prior experience leading a sales team or several sales representatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, hospitality management, sales or related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 130,000 to USD 150,000 per annum.
