Ginori 1735 (Kering) in Sesto Fiorentino seeks a Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist (temporary, maternity cover).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across European locations: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, competency assessment and shortlist presentation to hiring managers.
  • Participate in workforce planning and co-author job descriptions with HR Business Partners and Managers.
  • Coordinate relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters to ensure quality, timing and alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage activation and coordination of curricular and extracurricular internships in partnership with universities, institutions and Group services.
  • Organize and run onboarding and pre-onboarding activities, including welcome agendas and internal coordination.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as career days and academic partnerships.
  • Support the design and implementation of the annual training plan (classroom, digital and blended modalities) and manage relationships with external training providers and trainers.
  • Collect and analyse training needs with HRBPs and Managers, monitor training KPIs and evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Coordinate funded training programs, handling documentation and supporting reporting requirements.
  • Support local roll-out of Group Employee Engagement programs and contribute to Talent Management initiatives and internal communications (Viva Engage, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition budget and related activities.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with demonstrable exposure to Talent Acquisition and coordination of Learning activities.
  • Proven knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, competency assessment and employer branding tactics.
  • Familiarity with HR KPIs, Learning Management tools and training effectiveness measurement.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable liaising with HRBPs, hiring managers and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years in Human Resources with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and involvement in learning or development programmes, preferably within structured or dynamic organisations.
