Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare headquarters documents and strategic materials for senior management and Group meetings, recapping company strategy and initiatives
  • Perform strategic analyses to identify and assess new business opportunities, channels, and growth initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support long-term business strategy and positioning
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
  • Analyze historical sales trends, sell-in data, and overall business performance across B2C and B2B channels
  • Evaluate sell-out performance with particular focus on key B2B partners and direct-to-consumer channels
  • Review global collection trends with attention to product categories and SKU-level performance
  • Conduct analyses on new product launches and existing portfolio performance
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and commercial campaigns through detailed ad hoc analyses
  • Create, develop, and continuously improve analysis dashboards to monitor performance and support strategic and operational decision-making

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related analytical field
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles, preferably in structured or international environments
