Role & Responsibilities
- Set up production equipment according to guidelines from the section manager and machine leader, progressively achieving greater autonomy.
- Operate assigned production machinery, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings during production, promptly implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in systematic quality control checks of products at the end of the production line.
- Support the loading of pieces onto handling units for subsequent production phases.
- Document production output, including reporting on defective items and machine downtimes.
- Assist the section manager and/or machine leader in the maintenance and management of equipment.
Qualifications
- Completion of technical and/or professional studies.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience with industrial and/or robotic machinery is advantageous.
Education
Technical or professional education required.
