Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive management of events, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury identity.
  • Select and coordinate venues, suppliers, and partners for event execution.
  • Handle logistics and movement of products for events.
  • Ensure all event experiences align with luxury brand aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for planning and budget management.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies as needed.
  • Serve as the liaison with the Product team for gifting activities and event-specific product development.
  • Distribute and manage press materials to agencies and media outlets.
  • Draft and update weekly press clippings.
  • Manage product logistics for photo shoots and editorials.
  • Coordinate the distribution of internally produced content and assets.
  • Oversee gifting activities, including special occasion requirements.
  • Handle partner requests for events and PR activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze ROI, proposing improvements.
  • Coordinate premium suppliers and partners to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Support the integrated communication strategy, focusing on storytelling and brand heritage enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in PR and event management, preferably in luxury, design, or hospitality sectors.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Elegance and aesthetic sensitivity aligned with the luxury sector. Excellent interpersonal skills for building networks and relationships. Creativity and problem-solving abilities. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Ability to manage stress effectively. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in PR and event management, preferably within luxury, design, or hospitality environments.

Education

Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
