Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Decoration department by assisting the Section Manager of Application in daily workshop activities.
  • Learn and apply manual decal application techniques on porcelain items of varying shapes, sizes and patterns according to Ginori 1735 standards.
  • Acquire knowledge of Ginori 1735 decor libraries and internal quality standards to ensure consistent finish and colour fidelity.
  • Perform reference marking and operate the specific hand tools used in the decal application process.
  • Contribute to quality checks and remedial adjustments under supervision to meet production tolerances.
  • Follow workshop safety rules and maintain an organised, clean workstation to protect delicate ceramic pieces.
  • Collaborate proactively with craftsmen and team members to support efficient serial production flows.
