Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute polishing operations on finished porcelain products using manual and semi-automatic equipment
  • Perform precision grinding work using diamond-coated grinding wheels to correct minor porcelain defects
  • Conduct airbrush spray restoration work to restore glaze finishes following grinding operations
  • Support periodic restoration of engobe coating on refractory materials using automated spray equipment
  • Execute precision assembly and bonding operations on select porcelain articles
  • Maintain accurate records of processed pieces and production waste
  • Ensure proper maintenance and care of all work equipment and tools

Qualifications

  • Registered on the Italian Targeted Job Placement List (Collocamento Mirato)
  • Excellent manual dexterity and aptitude for precision manual work
