Role & Responsibilities
- Execute polishing operations on finished porcelain products using manual and semi-automatic equipment
- Perform precision grinding work using diamond-coated grinding wheels to correct minor porcelain defects
- Conduct airbrush spray restoration work to restore glaze finishes following grinding operations
- Support periodic restoration of engobe coating on refractory materials using automated spray equipment
- Execute precision assembly and bonding operations on select porcelain articles
- Maintain accurate records of processed pieces and production waste
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of all work equipment and tools
Qualifications
- Registered on the Italian Targeted Job Placement List (Collocamento Mirato)
- Excellent manual dexterity and aptitude for precision manual work
- Outstanding observational skills and attention to detail
- Strong collaborative mindset and teamwork capability
Skills
Experience
Experience in precision manual manufacturing, ceramics finishing, or artisanal porcelain production is advantageous; however, candidates with demonstrated aptitude for detailed hand-craft work and strong attention to quality are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; specific technical training in ceramics, porcelain finishing, or manufacturing processes is valued.

Compensation
