Ginori 1735 seeks Order Management & Logistics Intern in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy to support inventory and order processing within luxury porcelain manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive product requests from multiple company functions and assess warehouse stock availability
- Support inventory management, order processing, and shipment coordination activities
- Enter orders into the system with accurate product details and delivery addresses
- Issue picking lists for order preparation and warehouse fulfillment
- Provide instructions to the logistics team regarding courier selection and service requirements after consultation with the Logistics Manager
- Update internal teams on shipment status and merchandise delivery progress
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel spreadsheet applications
