Ginori 1735 (Milan) – Omnichannel Performance & Merchandising Analyst. Lead retail and digital analytics, merchandising, and stock optimization for the luxury porcelain heritage house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze retail and e-commerce performance through commercial and operational KPIs, building dashboards and reports to guide business strategy and management decisions
  • Develop an integrated omnichannel performance view, identifying trends, challenges, and growth opportunities across channels, categories, markets, and customer segments
  • Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, traffic quality, and productivity metrics, evaluating the impact of CRM, media, and visual merchandising activities
  • Lead commercial forecasting activities and monitor performance against budget and prior year, contributing to target setting and evaluation
  • Support Retail and Digital teams in interpreting performance data and prioritizing corrective actions
  • Define and drive cross-functional action plans, highlighting missed opportunities and optimization levers across the business
  • Lead performance analysis of collections, categories, customer segments, and SKU-level results across online and offline channels
  • Monitor sell-through rates, stock coverage, stock aging, and assortment productivity to optimize inventory health
  • Support retail and digital buying activities, overseeing merchandising and stock management initiatives
  • Develop proposals for replenishment, allocation, launch timing, and stock rebalancing in coordination with supply chain
  • Support assortment strategy definition by store cluster and market to ensure consistency with commercial objectives
  • Integrate commercial feedback from retail and digital channels to provide product development insights
  • Identify high-potential products for advertising campaigns and commercial initiatives to maximize impact

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Analytics, Merchandising, Planning, or Omnichannel Performance roles with strong expertise in Retail Merchandising, Buying, and Stock Management
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach and solid knowledge of Retail and E-commerce KPIs
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Power BI, and reporting tools
