Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing supply chain-related contracts, including service, maintenance, and purchase agreements.
- Conduct legal research on supply chain issues.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain a database of legal contracts.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the legal team, including document review, calendar management, and file organization.
- Assist with the management of compliance and privacy activities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other legal documents as needed.
Qualifications
- Law graduate with excellent academic performance.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in law is essential.
Education
Law degree with excellent grades.
