Ginori 1735 seeks a Kiln Operator to join the manufacturing facility in Sesto Fiorentino, working under direct supervision of the department manager. This role involves paired or team-based kiln operations, including loading and unloading porcelain products on firing carriages or conveyor systems, conducting quality control checks on products before and after firing, and operating pallet jacks for internal material transport. The position is part of Ginori 1735's commitment to artisanal excellence in high-end porcelain manufacture within the Kering global luxury portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Load and unload porcelain products onto firing carriages or conveyor systems following precise product positioning specifications
- Perform incoming and outgoing quality control inspections on fired products
- Operate pallet jacks to transport material units containing products within the production area
- Work collaboratively as part of a kiln operations team on rotating shifts including night service
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working shift-based schedules
- Willingness to work across three rotating shifts, including night shifts
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and demonstrated sense of responsibility
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in shift-based manufacturing or kiln operations is preferred. Familiarity with porcelain production processes or ceramic material handling is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (Scuola Secondaria Superiore) or equivalent required. Technical training in ceramics or industrial production is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 25133.78 per annum.
