Role & Responsibilities
- Load and unload porcelain products onto firing carts or conveyor belts according to precise positioning specifications
- Conduct quality control inspections of products entering and exiting the kiln firing process
- Operate transpallet equipment to transport handling units containing products within the production area
- Monitor kiln operations and report any anomalies to the Department Supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kiln and surrounding work areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience working shift-based schedules
- Availability for three-shift rotation including overnight shifts
- Strong team collaboration skills and positive interpersonal demeanor
- Punctuality and demonstrated responsibility
- Physical capability to handle manual material handling tasks
