Role & Responsibilities
- Load and unload ceramic pieces onto kiln carts or the firing conveyor according to product positioning specifications.
- Operate and assist in the management of kiln firing activities in coordination with the department supervisor.
- Perform incoming and outgoing quality checks of pieces before and after firing.
- Use a transpallet to transport handling units and product within the production area.
- Work collaboratively with a partner or within a team to maintain continuous production flow and meet scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working on rotating shifts.
