Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured internship training program in the Hand Lining (filettatura) workshop under the Hand Lining Coordinator.
- Learn and practise brush handling and the use of small wooden lathes for manual lining and decorative details.
- Learn the technical colour preparation process (Mesticazione) and apply correct mixing procedures.
- Assist in executing hand‑lining work of increasing difficulty across different porcelain pieces.
- Progress toward independent execution of manual lining on simple pieces.
- Contribute to touch‑ups and colour trimmings, particularly on handles and small elements.
- Provide gradual support in using the marking/reference tool and interpreting production/technical cards for bespoke items.

- Formal artistic education (art school, applied arts programme or equivalent).
- Demonstrable manual dexterity and fine motor precision.
