Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve functional issues reported by internal users independently or by coordinating with external vendors
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with external partners for technical interventions
• Manage periodic platform updates (One Version), including impact analysis and regression testing
• Maintain and enhance existing customizations in X++
• Collect and analyze improvement requirements from different business units
• Design new configurations, extensions, and automations to support production and commercial processes
• Coordinate with developers and external partners for delivery of custom solutions
• Support integration with other company systems and external interfaces (MES, B2B e-commerce, customer portals, etc.)
• Provide training and support to key users on newly released functionalities

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012 with transition to D365 in progress)
• Strong experience with Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management)
• Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Inventory management
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes in Dynamics 365 (BOMs, routing, production orders, batch management, traceability)
• Sufficient knowledge of X++ to analyze, modify, and extend existing customizations
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)

Experience

Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and support in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience with AX 2012 and transition to D365. Demonstrated ability to manage system maintenance, coordinate with business units, and deliver custom solutions.

Education

Technical education or equivalent professional experience in enterprise systems or information technology.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 33113.36 per annum.
