Role & Responsibilities

  • Carry out corrective maintenance on production equipment to restore operational conditions promptly after breakdowns.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability.
  • Perform workshop tasks including repair, disassembly and reassembly of electrical/electronic components.
  • Wire and service low‑voltage electrical panels (BT) and carry out electronic soldering where required.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Maintenance Coordinator and the maintenance team to diagnose faults and drive continuous performance improvements while complying with safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma in electrotechnical/electronic, electromechanical or mechatronics fields.
  • Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, preferably in ceramics, porcelain or complex production environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics (oleodynamics) and pneumatics.
  • Experience with industrial electronics and PLCs, including drive and control systems and interfacing with process control.
  • Hands‑on skills in electronic soldering and electrical panel wiring.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, participate in on‑call rota/shift availability, and a strong orientation to safety and continuous improvement.
