Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, including entry and confirmation processes.
- Support pre-sales activities by handling samples, gifts, and consignment processes from data entry to shipment preparation.
- Provide customer and sales support by creating mailing lists, distributing marketing materials, and preparing client-specific files and databases.
- Collaborate with the team to handle complaints, verify received reports, and manage replacement orders and return processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role or context.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Precision, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with clients and colleagues across various functions.
- Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Registered in targeted employment lists.
