Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing contact with hospitality agents and HQ Sales Team to achieve sales goals whilst delivering excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Commercial Direction and Sales Team to define commercial contract requirements for the US market
  • Manage the entire customized product process, including design sketches, costing, samples production, and final order management
  • Own the full order cycle from proposals through delivery
  • Manage the shipping and return of samples for hospitality clients
  • Curate and maintain the hospitality section of the Ginori 1735 showroom, ensuring proper display and assortment
  • Work closely with Planning and Logistics to track and monitor order advancement
  • Prepare and provide all required documentation including packing lists, coordinating with Kering Administration, Logistics and Outbound Teams
  • Resolve customer requests and issues professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Manage client complaints related to packaging and product quality, liaising with the Quality Department
  • Track and monitor payment status and credit collections in coordination with the Finance & Administration Team
  • Maintain accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience in a B2B customer service environment
  • Proven customer-facing experience
  • Strong business knowledge of order-to-cash flows
  • Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs rules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Fluency in English; Italian preferred
  • NYC-based
